I am running GURU and want to mult the kick. I just use long MIDI notes to trigger patterns in GURU..so i was wondering the best way to get an audio version of what is coming out of my kick channel in GURU?

It's the aDULT term for multi-output. Or it could mean he wants to re-mic the kick on multiple channels. Sounds like a rack job to me tho.

no, when i render i get a blank track with no sound. I should have said that actually when i started the thread. or it will say, "there aren't any clips in the tracks to render". This is because I am using MIDI to trigger a drum pattern in a step sequencer.
And you can Mult in a DAW too..its good on kicks and snares for adding attack or layering.

With the correct recording threshold settings in OSR you can easily get it done , or just using the VST params to end manually the recordstash98 wrote:that one shot recorder looks pretty sweet, but i want to capture a16 bar pattern, not just a drum hit.

Put a MIDI clip in the track. Then try rendering again. That technique works for me with stepchild and pattern players.

cool...u make great software man...but is this the only way? I thought maybe T2 could just do this w/out me having to buy anything else. Thought I may be doing something wrong.
if so, i guess ill get the demo and check it out and go from there...the program looks great, i just thought I could pull this off w/out 3rd party.

So, you have GURU working in T now? When I tried the Guru demo bad things happened.

Guru works fine in 2...IF, you trigger it using the Drawn MIDI, which is easy. My only issue is getting an audio out of my pattern..this should be easy I thought. The MIDI clip trick didn't work.

But you are hearing audio on the track when T is playing, right?

oh yes..it shows in the indicators and everything. there is just no data in tracktion driving the pattern. so tracktion doesn't see anything to render...is this a job for tapeit2?
