What's with people and 15 feature requests... pick one, you fence-sitters!

I'll go for Acid-like loop functionality. I still have a lot of Beta Monkey loops that I want to use.

Not actually a performance issue but I would like for Tracktion to remember its window size AND position BY PROJECT!! The key words there are BY PROJECT. Since T does save its position and size from the time it was run previously.

I often use rewire in some projects and depending on the rewired app I resize T2 so I can see both applications.
It would be nice if Tracktion would save its window size and location (Top, Left, Width, Height integers are all thats required) so that it returns to the size/position set from the last time that project was worked on.

Har :) Seriously though, why not just align them beside each other - what additional functionality do you gain by merging them?
Me, I'd go for ectoplasmic-quasithruster-aerodynamic-super-haemorroid-antishave-aftershock-freelancing super-turbo-nitro-quasi-special-super-effects. You know, like that cute visualisation thing in winamp.

I'd really like to know seeing as it is such a popular request.

Anyone?
Anti-aliasing is for "synthmonk%ys".

read the official FR list at the top of this forum.
Someone shot the food. Remember: don't shoot food!

For the play/stop to still work after you adjust a vst parameter....
you have to click somewhere on tracktion again to overide it.
Usually clicking on the wiper and moving it way off where you where.
Deeply annoying.

My #1 request would definitely be real GROOVE QUANTIZE! I want to grab a MIDI file and use it to quantize different sections of the song. Tracktion's current method is clumsy and non-musical...

Failing that, I know I'm in the KVR forum and all, but my #2 request would be.. DirectX support on Windows. I have too much stuff that I'm not going to buy again, and the FFX4 bridge has too many limitations. And I want to run Auto-Tune directly on Tracktion...

Ah, the secret is to just pick one and pretend it's your top one.

I have at least 5 others that could've qualified. ;)

Oh it's all about being able to shift good stuff around quickly. :D Probably don't need it if you are a proper musician, but it halps cheats like me...

Midi loop record. Works like audio loop recording except for midi. Using VSTi it would be nice to not interrupt the performance workflow in order to reset the track to record another midi take.

Hmm- yeah, I get that. Just a 'link clip' opt would be more useful, I think-

.

midi keychange

So, I can change keys of various parts or midi clips, whithout having to re-enter the notes manualy.

Say, I have a midi clip in Dmajor and I want to transpose that midi clip to Cminor7, one could have a extra tab on the midi clip where one could traspose keys, or a general tab like tempo(on the top) where ajustments for general key changes could be made right through the whole tune.

Can't you just use Tracktion's own pitch-shift plug for this? You can even automate it :)
