I'm looking for a good software sequencer to use. All I need it to do is communicate with the receptor through a midi connection. I do not need it for any audio, mixing, effects, etc. It's for an older laptop 800mhz, so cheap, easy to use and minimal system requirements are what is important.
I have Cubase SX3 and that would be an example of what I'm not looking for in this instance. Don't infer that to mean I don't like Cubase SX3, I love it. It's just not for this purpose.
