Registration Woes

Hi folks!
I purchased my Receptor just in time for hurricane Wilma to remove my power for several days so I have not had a chance to get it up and running. I figured I would get all of the "busy" work out of the way first and have registered on iLok and just attempted to register my Receptor. Unlike CrownRoyal my ID is actually 12 digits/letters but I am getting an error message stating the serial number and ID number don't match!! I have doubled and triple checked the numbers, going so far to use a magnifying glass(too many laser light shows I suppose!!) to confirm them. Please help!!!

As expected the folks at Muse have provided absolutely stellar support!!! Thank you Dan and Ben for your lightspeed response time. The response and registration fix took less than 2 hours! My receptor is registered, software unlocked and the unit is up and running!! Now all I have to do is read the manual!!
