Master Fade Bug

I think I found a bug with the OCT 3 build of T2

I was working on a tune, and decided to use the master fade funtion in the lower right hand box. It works just fine. The problem arises when I go back to the tune and play a section. I get absolutely NO audio output! I've checked everything. I have to close T2 to get audio out again.

I've used this feature in other tunes in previous builds of T2. I didnt have this problem. I still have T1 loaded, and it doesnt do it there.

Anybody else see this?

Works fine for me. Is it specific to that project?

Ok

I've narrowed it down a little
I can repeat this on ANY project

I thought I might of had some conflicting resources because i put in a new vid card, but that wasnt the prob.

Here's how I get it to fail everytime!!!
I'll let the project play through the fade out. When the tune is done, I'll hit the return to the beginning key in the master control section. Once I do that, I dont get any audio out. This also happens if I manually drag the timeline back to the beginning of the tune. This doesnt happen if I move the timeline to anywhere OTHER than the beginning.

seems to be working here.

(a bunch of plugs are missing, so our systems aren't entirely comparable).

I'll keep fiddling though, 'cos my Tracktion install is a little non-standard.

Hey valley

Thanks for checking it out.
Im afraid it's prolly one of those rare config issues.
I did some thing that I dont normally do. I made a change to my system (upgraded my vid card) and loaded the new version of T2 at roughly the same time. I usually like to do things serially. It just makes it easier to trouble shoot
I'll keep hunting here.

Worse comes to worse, I'll just re-install it and c what happens.

Man,

Version T1 works for me
Version 2.0.1.4 of T2 Works for me.
Version 2.0.2.8 of T2 doesnt work for me.
I've even re-installed 2.0.2.8.

Good thing I have a fall back.
