Does anyone know if M-Audio Keystation Pro 88 works on the receptor? Plugged directly into the USB port?

100% off topic, so sorry, and anyone who has too much time can answer

I read somewhere that MIDI cables has a latency of a couple of millisecs and that using an USB connection instead should make that latecy smaller. Can this be true?

AFAIK it works 100%. I have not tested each and every button and slider. Notes work, sustain pedal, mod wheel, banks and patches, sliders. You can even set the sliders in drawbar mode and control NI's B4.
