just to point out that DK+ does not show the names of the Kit and the current Style when a saved project is reloaded.

the kit and style are, in fact, loaded and play correctly. the names just aren't displayed at the bottom (shows -Select- instead).

would be nice for those of us with lousy memory.
:hihi:

yep, id like to see this fixed too :)

another yep

Yep - I'm often loading my own customised kits and then can't remember which one it was when I go back to a project later.

ok guys, tomorrow night I'll be back home and see how to add that,
though the problem is that with the DK+ code will not be easy to detect whether you modified or not the Library pattern, so if it would keep the name the pattern or the kit may not be the one in the library but a customization you made,

that's why at first we chose to do not memorize the name of the selection,

does it make sense?

Post

sort of, but losing the names is a problem to those of us with short memories.

Here's an idea:
Keep the names anyway, and add [M] for Modifed to the front of the names at the time when the pattern or kit is changed

That way you do not have to work out whether there were any changes when the project is loaded again.

Post

That's a very good idea DarkStar. I always edit in some way either the kit or pattern, but I still like to know which kit is originally used.

Post

agreed. that seems to be very workable.

Post

I hope liqih can implement it , then
