I have successfully slaved my Roland 1680 to Tracktion prior to 2.0.2.8. After upgrading it doesn't seem to be sending MIDI. I can see all devices in Windows and in Tracktion. I can slave Tracktion to my 1680 but can't set Tracktion to record as slave. Very frustrating...any ideas?

This is very frustrating. I wanted to mix tracks in Tracktion. Now I'm reduced to mastering. Sure wish I had bought something more stable.

any others apart from this one user having this problem?

Youre explanation isn't very clear to me. I'm not the MIDI guru to be asking anyhow, but I'd still like a clearer picture of what you're trying to do.

I'm confused about why you can't mix tracks in Tracktion.

yes if you watch the midi output of tracktion (at least on mac) it doesnt send correct midi clock messages. only sends a continue. no start or stop. the midi clock continue doesnt seem to trigger my mpc. other software triggers it just fine...
this is pretty basic and needs to be fixed. until then i have to track into a different daw and i'd much rather use tracktion.

We've verified this Midi Clock problem (as ease describes) and will have it fixed for the next release.
Thanks,
