Reminds me of early Kansas, just strip off most of the reverb...
The piano parts are little pedestrian in a way, but sound more natural. If the rest of the parts followed it it wouldn't sound quite as ambling. Having said that is does recall Strawbs and Lindisfarne in a way (maybe even Warren Zevon - think 'Frank and Jesse James', or 'Werewolves of London')
Echoes of Camel as well (if you'll forgive the obvious pun..)

I actually have two songs already recorded before this one (T2 also), I didn't post those because they are totally finished and I'd like to publish them for real. I am going to hopefully finish a full album by sometime around the new year...it's a lofty goal, I know, but I have to throw it out there so I at least try for it...

I was aying that if the reverb was stripped back, it would have their sound.. Listen to prog upto about 1975 - most of it has very little reverb, and when it does, it's as an effect, rather than a baseline. Genesis, Gentle Giant, Yes, King Crimson, Jethro Tull, etc. All of them achieve a really excellent sound without swamping which became popular later in the decade. One of the last prog albums to use reverb tastefully was probably the first UK album, after that most things succumbed to the 'verb on a buss..
I've been with prog for quite a number of years, I had over 850 vinyl albums of it at one point, but they had to go for various reasons..
[If you have any of the definitive edition remasters of the classic Genesis, see if you can find the original recordings.. the new editions suffer from new reverb added which destorys alot of the sound.. such is life..]
However, to try and record something in that style now sound really strange.. I've tried it here and there with mixed results...

I like the musical idea. I do think the overall flow is "choppy". Probably due to the lack of real drums.
When you do redo this, you might consider thickening up the low end (get that bass and kick fuller) and definately lose some of the reverb. The over all timbre of the song has a harsh high end (5khz area?)which seems to mostly come from the guitar.
You are definately on your way.
