Don't know what your budget is, but you might also want to check www.Scitscat.com and see what their price is. They have the website I quoted above and also sell on ebay. The ebay prices tend to be a bit lower.
I just got Miroslav Philharmonik from them for $225 including free shipping. That was for the crossgrade - much cheaper than other venues. I think the full version was $310.
I found out about them from a friend who actually got Reaktor.
I also noted that they were listed as an authorized dealer (of Miroslav) at the ikmultimedia site; and their name comes up as an authorized dealer if you check at the NI site.
