it isnt exactly hard to prove my statement;

"good business practice" can be defined as a practice of business which would achieve the goals of the business. the term of these goals does not need to be defined directly, in this case, short term goals, making money seems logical, although because i stated "if they do not know they are being ripped off", the intent of the statement is clear as to say if 'they' learned the truth, it would no longer be a "good business practice". this means the term is pretty much indefinite.

'ripping off' is generally understood to mean that the individual or company is getting more in exchange for goods or services than the quality of those goods or services would seem to imply they deserve.

i clearly also stated i was sharing my own opinion, and that i was referancing an opinion i had made in the past, without any relation to any specific company or individual.

so, disprove if you can, that "making more money than you deserve is a good way to make money in the short, or long term as long as your customer remains unaware of the fact you deserve less."

this is all good of course, but the fact i didnt referance any company or individual directly in that statement, and by beginning a new paragraph i had exited the context of my previous statements, it means my opinion about this is completely detached from any company or individual!

my statement is also completely dependant on the frame of referance used to determine exactly what the quality of the good or service is, and exactly how that relates to how much the producer of that good or service is entitled to in return for its sale. because my statement did not include something as direct as "company x is ripping individual y off on product z" it is impossible to say that my statement it absolutely incorrect.

try suing me for that, only in america buddy.
