Hi all, I have a midi mystery I`m trying to solve with no luck so far. I typically record audio and have just started playing with midi in T2, latest version. The mystery deals with a couple free synths, one is FXspansion`s Mysterion, A very cool theremin emulator, the other is elogoXa`s Sun Ra, which starts generating sound as soon as it`s loaded as a VST on a track.
Has anyone out there played with the Mysterion and had any luck recording it using the mouse instead of using a keyboard? The mouse seems to be the only way to achieve a more theremin like sound. It is possible to record this with the keyboard or drawing data onto midi clip but not as much fun.
I`m not yet willing to give up on the idea that this is possible.
I`m also thinking that the solution to the Mysterion mystery will solve the Sun Ra mystery, could be wrong.
Any thoughts greatly appriciated,
thanks, Jon.

Haven't tried Mysteron, but when I can record X-Y mouse movements on the excellent Thereminesque VSTi Spook Keys by turning automation recording on.
That's the button immediately to the left of the play button. Press it, hit play (you don't need to record, just play), and move your mouse however you want. It should record.
And remember to turn automation record off after your done.

Thanks Otterfan, for pointing me in the right direction.
