Most amusing thread...

First, I really don't care what everybody listens to. I like EBM, Electronica [especially Depeche Mode, NIN and Leaether Strip], Gothic, and all kinds of alternative and ambient music since I was 15. Pop is full of... [anything very very bad here]. There's no emotions involved, except if you call greed for money an emotion...

What've I been listening to before 15yo? Everything I could get my hands on... yep even Michael Jackson and George Michael for example. I think being a teenager is all about filtering things out you dont really like, and finding your place under the sun, or moon

, then being yourself for the rest of your life... phew...

I do indeed hang around like minded people. Although my best friend loves his rnb but he is also a macho policeman that is very happy usually and loves talking about sex constantly. Not very cerebral bloke but a nice guy nevertheless. Hes my best friend for f**k sake. But I do know Im more advanced at atleast one thing on this earth than him. And that isnt women!

Michael Jackson was a genious at pop I reckon. George Michael is pretty good too. But look at Michael Jackson. A bit of a wierdo - but as they say "There is a fine line between genious and insanity"... All the pop these days doesnt have nearly the same amount of funk or soul as michael jackson. Its just straight out EVIL!! Latest Madonna song was ok but.. There are a few exceptions. But they all arent exactly deep. Not how I would like anyway.

! Pop music was better quality since it was invented until the middle of the 90's IMHO. But now... I used to find at least one good/nice/quality pop song on the weekly Top lists of that time, but again, now... no way jose

Just because my language skills arent proper and corporatey doesnt mean you can necessarily judge my IQ. I dont give a shit about all that wank. I naturally hone in on what i enjoy and study it deeply. Just like things I dont enjoy in this society. I like to find the root causes. A bit like reverse engineering.

Yep. I believe it's the thoughts of someone who actually has a personality, not someone who is void of opinion.

I can tolerate popcorn pop. I can tolerate goths. I can tolerate those f**king idiots who love Desperate Housewives. I can tolerate people who are addicted to E4. I can tolerate pissheads who want to throw fists around. I can tolerate the gloomy "I know it all" Nietzsche obsessed students of life. I can tolerate the "don't have a cow man" hippy people, laid back yet set in their ways.

What I cannot tolerate are those f**king psychic vampires who "mould" themselves to fit into specific groups of people. I cannot tolerate that sort of wankery. All homosexuality aside, I want a little BALLS in my fellow humans. None of this "he called me a dirty rotten scoundrel" pussy bullshit.

Yeah those show business types are those wankey - well toned high maintainence University Guild Reps who go 'Hi gang!' and get all the good attention from the girls. Shit I am jealous. True. Thats why Im toning up and gettin a tan. But they are morons of the earth and need to read for the progression of our species. Shopping centres around here are full of them.
