I'm pleased to report that I've never heard the song in question, and I'd like to keep it that way. My wife makes me listen to VNV Nation
Incomplete list of my gear: 1/8" audio input jack.

When I first heard this song, I thought it was hilarious... but then less than halfway through it, I realized it was meant to be a joke... and not even in a witty way but an obtuse, "nudge-nudge-wink-wink" sort of way... things are always better they're meant to be dead-serious but they're so unaware of their cheese factor that they're totally hilarious... it's unintentional genius!
I was actually going to start up a thread when I first heard the song and still thought it was somewhat amusing... But by the second time I heard it I felt that as much as a joke as it's supposed to be, they still seem to be a little serious about it IMHO and that's just downright lame...
edit: oh yeah, and about that "sweat mark" between her legs... it's pretty interesting how she doesn't appear to be sweating all over the rest of her body but somehow it's all concentrated to her crotch?

"My Humps" (you can hear the song in the background) Be nice, she's only 14 and knows not what she does.

Yeah, there's something sadder... it's called looking down from one's high horse and chiming in with a snotty remark...opia wrote:there is nothing sadder than a bunch of pseudo-artist types bitching about how bad some disposable pop song is
And if you get the irony in this post, be sure to pat yourself on the back!

I actually like this track. I don't usually have a lot of time for pop music but Black Eyed Peas, Gorrilaz and Kanye West's lastest tracks stand out from the other current pop acts.

Well there's always the single psuedo intellectual critique type who pans "pseudo-artistes" that bitch about how bad some disposable pop song is.
Do you lob the tops of tall poppies for a living.
