Tracktion Software

I'm having a spot of bother. The BCR2000 input is enabled in Tracktion and is showing up as a draggable input pointer but Tracktion isbn't receiving any midi input from it. It works fine in Minimoog in standalone mode so it is sending midi but Tracktion just isn't receiving any messages. Is there anything obvious I'm missing?

is e-to-e enabled on the dragable input controller?

Yeah it is. I dont understand. I've had it working but recently did a reinstall and now I get nothing. The Behringer is sending MIDI messages through the USB cable. The computer is physically receiving them but TRacktion is'nt receiving them
