..for the simple reason that the double click to reset sliders has been taken out of the latest release!
Otherwise this would have been the best release to date.

It's "Aye", but OK... "Aye".
However, Beno already mentioned in another thread that it was likely an oversight and it'll be back in the next update. Don't think we can hope for much quicker than that.

The last release wasn't all that long ago... so it's not like there's a track record for year-long waits. It only SEEMS that way because people are eager!
