I had two frozen track. Half way through freezing a third I cancelled. All tracks were unfrozen. I tried revert to saved state. All tracks still unfrozen. I shut down and restart T2, open the edit. All tracks still unfrozen.

Not a bug so much as a limitation. Although, I think a simple fix would be that Tracktion doesn't discard the old freeze file until the new one has reached completeion.

not on my comp/ if i close an edit with frozen tracks, it opens again with the same tracks frozen.

ahhh, your right!!

i allways freeze a bus track with no midi or audio files in them, but i just added a blank midi clip to the track & mow the freeze is rememberd

A question then, if I freeze all my tracks, can I send the edit to someone that doesn't have the same plugins or will it not sound the same?

I'm so impatient freezing is an effort. Let alone exporting and importing each track.

did you not notice the render button below the freeze button?

you can render to file, render to a new track, or render & replace the track you just renderd!!

no need to import a thing
