i-lock won't let me register

I've just taken receipt of a Receptor,and wish to register it.Before I can do that I must register with i-lock, and here's the problem. I fill in my details with i-lock, press the button and another page comes up, telling me to check my e-mail, because that will contain my account activation details. The e-mail never arrives: I've performed this now, God knows how many times,and I'm going nuts. I've attempted to contact i-lock,via an online support form,but I can't even use this, because I'm not registered, and so on. So, I can't register my Receptor. How stupid is this? ! The e-mail is not arriving.

Has anyone got a clue as to how I can circumnavigate the problem.Has anyone ever come up against this? Thanks in advance...

In general this works without any problem. It is possible that right now a server is down, or some other problem with ilok.com. You should send an email to support@museresearch.com with details like what name you are using to register. We will contact them and try to solve this problem. We will try to solve it ASAP, but it could be that it will have to wait until Monday.

OK,Dan,thanks for that.Gotta say: never had this before,but there's always a first.I ,too,thought it might be a server thing.I've been using Safari,which can be a bit weird sometimes,so today I'm going to try Explorer. I'm sure this'll get sorted Monday. Once again many thanks.
