I have a M-Audio 192 and a Denon DN-C550R CD Recorder with digital, optical and RCA inputs and output.

How can I get the Digital out from the M-Audio to go to the CD recorder. I have already hooked up the S/PDIF cables. When I check the M-Audio monitor the digital in is there. When I try to record out of the digital and chose the digital input on the CD recorder there is no signal. Upon checking the M-Audio Monitor Mix there is no signal going out at all.

Does anyone have any experience or Idea.

Just trying to learn about recording, that is if my head is not too hard.
