"None of the above".

I think FL Studio's GUI could do with improvement here and there. It works for me, but there are a few areas that are messy... the double menus on a VSTi with presets on one and import preset/bank on another are bizarre!

Hey rogerperrin; how can you tell that Baniev uses a Pirate copy of FLS???
Well, i couldn´t and for the record FLSXXL is the greatest bargain i come across but i think it will have to go thru version 8 or 9 until i use it for more than a VST plug.

now call me a pirate if you will but it will not change my opinions.

Baniev didn't mention pirating FLS, but he did mention "borrowing" Cubase. So I assume his friend lent him the dongle as well, in which case it's an unusual act of friendship for a £500 product. Good to have friends like that.

But back on topic, I wish there were at least 2 "official" skins. The dark grey one (which is nice), and a lighter one, similar to the 3rd-party plugs.

However, I believe the 3rd party plugs are that color precisely because they are 3rd party, and hence it is unlikely that an official skin would be released for it.

Didn't anyone else find it funny when the same person first goes on about his Waves plugins 'he bought in 2001' or something, and right after being questioned about it started asking for freeware plugins for mastering...

I'd find it really surprising if he actually owned one bit of software.

As for FL's GUI, like any other piece of software, it could use some tuning. But on the whole, it's one of the few rare ones I honestly like (both the looks and the usability) - though I'm not a FL user.

Oh i get scared of your logic and won´t start such threads only cause you think i´am a warez user :P . I only asked this coz i wanted know if freeware can do this, do you think i use the freeware instead of the waves plugs now or what?

I think the FL GUI is the best of all.
yes i mean GUI, sorry.
u complain about something and haven't thought about it for a minute
did u ever thought about what GUY could mean? NO!
Otherwise u would have figured out that it would be GUI (Graphical User Interface)

you're showing ignorance for there work with this - if i were IL i would give a shit about opinions like yours

if u wan't to change something u should at least show intrest and think about ways how to improve it - don't say it should look like Cubase - they won't make FL look like Cubase or Sonar because they want to differ from those

Post

...and you still can skin FL, its just quite a bit of effort ;)

Hello all, I have apologized to Baniev in a PM for accusing him of pirating software. I misread his post last night after a long 16 hour day at work. Take care.

I think that FL guy is pretty slick...:hihi:

Er, I also think the Fruity Interface is one of the best. And I'm a Mac user! I own Fruity, just don't get to use it much since both of the PCs are being used by the rest of the family... Great program though...
