Hi folks,
Is it ok to sell T1?
I upgraded to T2 (download version) a while back, so have T1 just sitting on a cd doing nothing. I'm asking as a mate came round to look at my guitar/pc setup last night (he loved the guitar :D) and wanted to see which software, in particular Jamstix, I was using.

He's the guitarist/singer in a UK punk band (Blitz, for those who remember them) and he's used to studio/hardware recording, the home/soft studio is completely foreign to him. I showed him FLS/Jamstix, but he wasn't keen on learning these from scratch, so I suggested Tracktion as being easier to get a handle on.

This has probably been asked a thousand times before, but is it ok to sell T1, and can it still be registered by a new owner?

Blitz? Weren't they the Oi!-band who made a song going like "do you feel allright, someone's gonna die tonight"? They're still quite wellplayed around here in punkclubs if so... :)

Yep, they're the ones http://www.artofthestate.co.uk/Zines/Bl ... erview.htm He's recently got back from a US tour. Nidge > guitar, and Neil > bass, are two old mates. He doesn't do much these day's live wise, but keeps his hand in, so to speak.

I doubt it. If you used T1 to upgrade to T2 then I would say that definately not. If that were true I reckon there would be a whole lot more earlier versions of software on the secondhand market for cheap.
