This week should be exciting in an IKMM sort of way. Squids said that the AT2 audio examples might be posted this week, I'm not holding my breath though but let's see. Maybe IKMM will surprise us all.

The thought popped into my head "they probably won't post audio examples until they've nearly finished the new CP or whatever they are doing, so as to not get people too excited if the release date gets further pushed". "Then I thought, but they did post some huge fake tits and the beginnings of a major marketing campaign ", then I was really confused

Then I figured out what maybe happened was that product WAS ready for launch (hence the ad campaign and store catalogs) and maybe the latest syncsoft thing on cubase was beaten right before or during early production of AT2. Then they pulled it so syncrosoft could update the dongle, so at least they weren't releasing dongle protected software that was already beaten before it even hit the shelves

.

If this did happen I bet syncrosoft had some major egg on their face! I dunno just a conspiracy theory, but there could be truth to it...

Just ordered Guitar Rig 2. The dongle killed any chance for amp 2, and I hope the dongle kills the company that holds carrots on sticks for months on end.

No freaking way there's gonna be a dongle involved in any of my possible live setups! Are IK really thinking I'd share my Synchrosoft dongle for a whole bunch of licenses and then take it with me onstage, just to run AT2? Idiots, plain f**king stupid idiots!

Bye bye AT2! Better luck next time, but that was it, I'm not even going to download the demo - if there ever is one.

Ahhh well, no need to say "bye" to vapourware anyways, so there...
