When i'm in a store and the staff are running around grabbing rekkids for me, apart from record labels, the only thing I go by is "Yeah, I'm after some gritty glitchy Chicago bumping funky shit" type of descriptions.

OTOH, of course there should be genres, but just a general few genres. At least for - when you go shopping for CD's. I always say I play electronic industrial or EBM, but in general, I mix a lot of other genres in it. That's what I'm bitchin about

In general it's just plain old Electronic Industrial, just a bit -modernised- in order to sound more -fresh-. That's what I'm bitching about.
