Hello,

Stupid question.
On a midi track, how to change patches of a vsti ? (program and/or bank select ? no functiunn).

what i dont like about this is that there are no up down buttons ....each time opening the window with patches is very annoying

You can insert program changes in individual MIDI clips (don't know about bank select). Does that accomplish what you're after?

I've done this setting. Nothing.
I use Bassline of Evm and you can change sound (muted bass, then acoustic bass...) clicking on the vsti button.
But with individual midiclips and program changes : nothing

Dennis, if you click on the patch selector box and use up/down cursor buttons then that's a little easier than opening the patches window :)

On this vsti, there's only a patch. Change the patch change nothing.
I want change the sound 1 of this vsti to the sound 2. If you click on the button of the vsti, you can change the sounds (different waves), but with midi ?

I've also tried with the "A" button of the track, then the Vsti functiuns. Nothing to change sound.

I try another way.
I create presets on tracktion (presets is not the same thing than patch. So, how to change presets with midiclips.

Another way again : how to add patches to a vsti with only a patch ?

Who has yet tried bassline of evm on tracktion ?

daniel, you will need to find out from the developer if that midi parameter can be automated or if it has a CC number associated with it. If you have tried the "A" option and it does not appear in the list of parameters then that is a bad sign. Hope this helps :)

or the <> (,.) keys for an even easier way of doing this, since you don't need to given focus to the patch drop-down.

Probably. I can't actually recall when it was added TBH, but most likely it was a 2.0 feature.
