I have a quick question...do I need to go register on IK's website in order to get my "free" update DVD soundsets?

Yes, you have to register your product and then request the free dvd's at the request page....

However! I bought my ST2 XL upgrade from esoundz in May 2005 and they will automatically send me the DVD of new ST 2.1 sounds....Right Squids? Nothing to do but wait?

Yes, if anyone orders SampleTank 2 XL or L on www.esoundz.com they WILL receive the boxed 2.1 version with the DVDs. That's all we have in stock now so you can't miss. We'll send out an email to all of our customers who have purchased ST2 L or XL from esoundz around mid-next week about the details on how to get the update sound discs.

Not to pile on, but it's now the "end of next week" and I've not received any email from Esoundz regarding the process for receiving the update discs if we bought ST2 from them. Did I miss something or is there secret link or worm hole we must crawl through?

i upgraded from L to XL through esoundz. My IK User Access Page says I am still a ST2L user though. Im wondering the process in getting my DVD's. Thanks for the help.

35 Euro for IK to ship a DVD to Aus,, not even Esoundz would pull that one. I can pass,,,.

That's because you guys don't even know how many times we eat the shipping costs for esoundz customers. But, we do that sometimes to make it more smooth and pleasant to shop there. Seems to work!

Anyway, sorry for the delay. They are going to email when we have them in stock in large quantities. I think that is going to happen though so I would expect this email to go out some time next week. I thought it was going to happen sooner. Sorry. Thanks for being patient.

Like I said, if there is anythign else you wanted to buy on esoundz (and especially if it was $199 or more where your international shipping would be free) then you could ask that the sound discs are thrown into the package so you completely save shipping on both. Perhaps a good time to pick up Sonik Synth 2 or Miroslav Philharmonik?

But, of course you don't have to do that. You'll be able to get it anyway soon.

I have ST2XL pre Jan and would like to know if Esoundz will directly sell the 99$ DVD upgrade and not have to go through IK! Because I can soften the blow by getting the Tron Collection as well.

Yes, we will have the sound upgrade available for purchase on www.esoundz.com It will be up on Monday.

Has the emails gone out to esooundz XL owners yet, and I was missed? It's not like I'm hurting for sounds thanks to the massive size of STXL. Just wonder if maybe I was missed.
