change tempo of edit?

I'm trying to change the tempo of an edit without it moving stuff around.

It's stuck at 120bpm where as the reason file its linked to is at 65bpm.

everytime i try and change the edit to what it should be at (65bpm) it shuffles all the audio files out of sync.
I've tried clicking the padlock but that makes it impossible to alter the tempo.

any ideas.?

There is a switch for that somewhere.

The audio files won't change tempo. Thet are independant of tempo. Only midi will change play speed.
