Lots of them, but the one-chord riff of T-Rex's "Bang the Gong" has to be the one with the highest effectiveness-to-notes ratio.

Anything by Chic works for me.
Also anything by Dr Feelgood (though most of it is really a mix of rhythm and lead together)
"Spooky" (the Atlanta Rhythm Section version)
"Bad to the Bone" - George Thoroughgood and the Destroyers
"Show me the way" - Peter Frampton (cheesy as anything but I just like it!)
Not "Smoke on the water" but someone *will* mention it

"School's Out" - Alice Cooper (or Alex Harvey - even better)

...and loads more that I just can't think of right now.

I could add a few dozen James Brown & John Lee Hooker songs...
For something more recent, the White Stripes' Black Math comes to mind, which also coincidentally has my favourite guitar solo, too.
