halion se - can't load sounds

I bought steinberg virtual instrument collection to use within t2 and all of the instruments except for halion SE work fine. For some reason, when I load an .fxb file halion SE cannot find the samples even though they are in the directory set by the steinberg installer. I get a message that says I have to direct halion SE to the samples but I can find no way of doing this in t2 (the correct directory path is set in the plug-ins scan).

The halion manual mentions various load options that do not seem to be accessible via the t2 plug-in interface.

Anyone have any ideas for me?
