Missing Files (tracktion)

Anyone use tracktion/ anyone know how to -in general- deal with organizing projects in a daw?....in tracktion....i import files, save them in a project, then am told they are missing when i try to get back to work on the project no matter where the files are (in project folder, on external harddrive, on desktop, etc...).....losing work and so frustrated...any advice lusted for...thanks,

For each project create a folder. Keep the project file, and all of your audio for that project in the same folder. Following this, I've never lost a single audio file...
