Hi Trizz,

Here's one for you, as the esoundz bitch:

What's the deal on multiple licenses? For example, if I put in an order through esoundz for 2 or more copies, is there a chance for a discount?

Also, you probably don't know this, but can we possibly expect to see a demo version available (even a dongle-protected demo like Steinberg does)?

I've been waiting for a good reverb, the one, to come out for a while and I think CSR will be that one for me. It's not that other reverbs are bad it's just that none have done the right sounds for me in past. reverb is the effect that makes all your productions sound real and believable, it's especially important if you're using a lot of sampled instruments/vsti.

So Trizzle...what's up with CSR-1 esoundz pre-orders??? Squids happened to mention it and IK's site says shippin' in January (which there ain't much left of, if ya know what I mean)...do I detect a group buy???

It probably is not feasible to do a group buy with a new product, however if there were one, I'd snap this one up so fast.

Maybe one idea is a bundled group buy with some other IK/SR/EZ stuff?

No group buy on new products that are identical to skus in stores. However, it may go on pre-order very soon!

Good news here. It will be on pre-order on www.esoundz.com this Monday. Shipping the following week I believe (or not long after). Even better new is that if you own ANY IK product then you qualify for the crossgrade to CSR (at least for the launch period- first month) which gets you almost half price!!! If you were thinking about getting it then this is the best deal you'll find. Normal MSRP is $399. and the crossgrade MSRP is only $249! That's even before you get your store discount (from esoundz or from any IK dealer that carries CSR... I think they have to order a lot of regular CSRs to be able to get the crossgrade version to sell... or at least that is what esoundz did! But, we're confident that it will be a success, since most people I know don't have a high end outboard reverb even in hardware so this is a perfect excuse to have one, especially at THIS price!).

Well, Rob is a perfectionist so he wanted to have the most thorough presentation of the features of CSR that any store could have.

So, it should be up today on www.esoundz.com If you own ANY IK product (even OEM) you qualify for the discounted crossgrade which saves you almost half off. Pretty amazing deal. Now is definitely the time to get it IMO. I don't know how long that promo will last. Maybe just the first month.

I think if you like high end outboard reverbs then this is a great choice in software (and a lot less money).

Check on www.esoundz.com to see if it is there in the effects section.

If the MP version is even a hint at what it sounds like, I'm impressed. I can hear a significant difference between the MP version and the reverbs that are part of ST2.

Wheee... this pre-order coincides with the raise that goes into effect this week for me... being able to get that smooth, very musical sounding reverb on my singer's voice is going to be quite a pleasure.
