Effect Sends Help

HI guys Im totally new to recording on a computer, and I am using a audiofire 12 with the tracktion program, I have used cubase 5.0vst a little, but I was wondering.. is there a way I can hear the effects I am using on a channel, while I am recoarding it. Cause I know with cubase I can listen to some reverb and after, I can take the reverb out if I don't like it.. but with tracktion it seems like I can't hear reverb or any effect untill after I record and play it back, the effects are in the playback.. just not wile I am recording... am I doign something wrong.. or is this even posible with Tracktion. Thanks Guys

hmm....perhaps enable the main end to end. THen make sure you have a reverb filter, lets say for track one. Then on your input (little arrow thingy on the left) click on it, and enable end to end on that also.
