A 30 watt amp.
Hey Rene,

I really like you and your project. But do yourself a favour and refrain from doing such things. It's too often this up and down in quality of your output. Again there are lotsa these fizzy artefacts in the mp3. Apart from that this track rings no bell or moves no associated memory, sorry. The only thing I have is an idea what you could have meant but the ones I played sound ahhhhhrg: different and better. Please try again tomorrow with fresh ears and proper volume.

All the best, FRitz
In the end will be the word.

Very little distortion.

There is a definate clipping buzzing thing going on (looks like there is a massive mid low spike on my eq) - it could be maybe you are over 0 db's - your recordings are very loud

But the sound is nice in your last clip - amazing bell like shimmery quality, best lo gain singing lead sound I have ever heard from a sim. But please sort out your recording techniques - your low mids are spiking and causing clipping (which sounds horrible) - maybe add a bit of limiting as to avoid the clipping (or just lower the volume)

Post

Midiworks, It doesn't sound bad but whatch the clipping for god sake. If you are not able to figure it, how would you be taken seriously?

Post

That last recording is easily the best guitar sound I have ever heard.

Seriously.

I don't imagine that any 'Pro' producer will even consider using a real amp once this plugin is released...

I particularly respect the decision to include digital clipping in the plugin; I assume this was inspired by the last Metallica album?

Ebay is going to be flooded with people getting rid of their Boogies and Twins and HiWatts and Marshalls and AC30s once this baby hits the streets!

A vain attempt to repair it:

Nice one Burny!

Rene you have really come through with this last clip! The dynamics and tone are just godly! Sounds like a real amp!

Dude, have you even heard Metallica's 'St. Anger'? Digital clipping is totally the thing these days; I doubt that you are as famous or successful as Bob Rock and he uses it all the time.

You old guys should just stick to 'valves' like my granddad did, and let us young people make our modern music with it's 'digital clipping' without criticising all the time.

Not every record has to sound like Jefferson Starship you know?!?!
