Anyone else having trouble logging in to get the download. Never had a problem before and now I have tried everything I can think of with no luck.

Hi,

I suffer the same problem. Although I am able to login I just can't see the most recent upgrade....

Just download the latest demo and install. Choose another install location, eg. Tracktion2.1. It will use your licence allready installed... I have the same issue.

I had no problems at all, login was automatic, download was easy, installing was smoothless. And a waste of effort because I don't use Tracktion

Did you already request a new password or email Mackie about it?

Everyone got the email at the same time and overloaded the server.
