Anyone know of a Fake audio input/output device like MIDI Yoke? Needs to be a VST that sends the signal and an input device that receives the signal. Offcourse this needs to be a loop device, like Send to channel one, and receive on channel one....
I'm trying to break the left to right orientation...

Right, but no VST will. It'll all work out the same in the signal chain if you put your instances in the right spot.
I made an FR ages ago to have 'virtual input devices' directly in Tracktion and it got poo-pooed by everyone who read it because they didn't see the elegance and usefulness of it.

Don't certain sound cards offer a loop back feature?

thanks for the tips guys. I made the same suggestion and got my head kicked off by people who couldn't see the point. The point is, if an engineer can't drag cables around from point to point, many new and cool effects would never have seen the light of day.
I believe that it is my right to get feedback, if that is what I want. OK, enough of this. Thanks for the links. I can do some workarounds with vac to fit my needs:)

Plus me. That should even the odds.Lunch Money wrote:It's the 2 of us (plus z0ap) against the world, then.![]()
VAC looks keen. I'm-a-check that one out.
VAC only works in DirectX. Since you can't mix DirectX and ASIO in T, it's no good.
