I would like to see an "octave" radio button on the preset page; five buttons covering the range +/- 2 octaves. Same as DiscoDSP Discovery.
This would help a lot, browsing patches for potential use in a song pattern.

If your host/controller doesn't support this, throw this midi note transposer before your plugin.

The final is gonna have global tuning facilities (octave, semitone/fine, microtuning). I'll probably put them in the bottom so they can be visible along the preset management.
Cheers,

Beej,
Ive got the midi mapped out in Fruity, and I decide I do not like the current instrument / patch so much; I want to trial different patches / instruments until I find the sound I am looking for. For that strategy to work, either the instrument needs a top level octave switch (most dont have this) or what Gbles said.
Hey Gbles,
Thanks a bunch; this is just what I need -- not only for Zebra but all the synths.

No probs Pummel - I'm spoiled in that I have used Logic for years, which has a ton of instant non-destructive options for all sequences, so most of this kind of stuff is trivial for me.
I understand that not all hosts are as advanced with MIDI
At the rate Urs is going, I doubt anyone's gonna be left wanting anyway..!
