Hi,

I am not sure, but is Zebra 2 officially released, or is this is a pre-release version at a discounted price.

How about some mp3 demos of Zebra 2 (why aren't there any ?) , and my last question,

When will Zebra 2 (the official release version) be available ?

I don't own Zebra 1.5, but like what I see as far as the GUI and features in Zebra 2. Zebra 2 should be a great Virtual Synth to add to my collection, and hopefully it will integrate nicely on the Mac with Logic Pro 7.1.

Zebra 2 is not released yet. Real soon now, by the looks of it.

heres somthing i started

its just 1 Drum track & the rest is all Zebra2!! NO FX!!!

this is just this beast working the mix here

there is a bit of compreshion over the hole track & this mix has had no real time spent on it

Yes, it's latter. It's not yet full featured. Some little gems are not in yet (compressor, eq, some waveshaper modes, alternate scalings, some little improvements and minor bug fixes here and there)

There are more than 50 that were published during different stages of the development period. Some are really nice, but they don't reflect the whole thing, thus I do't wanna bore anyone with all of these.

I'm a Logic user myself. The probability that it works in Logic is pretty high, as I also get the latest betas of Logic from Apple

Thanks for the info. and mp3 demos.

Zebra 2 is on my shopping list ! I will wait for the Official release before purchasing.

The sounds Zebra 2 can create are so unique, and diverse, a great Virtual Synth to have.

Why do you wanna wait for the official release?

You can save a lot of money with the pre-order or even the crossgrade prices Urs is offering!

And I'm sure Zebra2 WILL see an official release soon!

And even if we have to wait for a final release, Zebra2 is already a kickass piece of equipment! The bugs I've encountered so far are minor compared to what other companies sometimes deliver as a v1.0!

Well, can only add to that - what Urs considers a beta is what other companies consider to be rock solid.

Zebra 2 is great.

The reason I prefer to wait for the official release is ...... I'm Not in a big rush. I have other VI's to learn, discover, which would take a bit of time, plus I think the official release is most likely coming very soon.

It is good to know that the current pre-release version is rock solid, but I am sure the official release version will be even more solid. Enjoy your Zebras !
