Again, anybody that was at NAMM find out what the official/final deal is on the copy protection? Dongle or no dongle?

That will be cracked within months probably and AT2 will be all over the net to download, and the legitimate owners are merely left with a shakle and chain on their computer in the ineffective guise of protection.

in a way that's good, in a way that's bad...but yes it was in fairly poor taste, but I really do not think it was cptgone's intent to insult people...just make a strong statement about dongles...

I don't want to sound "patronizing" people, but the only fact that people don't realize at once what the picture means, and fail to see how inappropriate it is, shows in a way that the mis-use of such a pic to make a "strong" statement (rather the behaviour of someone lacking strong arguments) participates in making the holocaust appear as a "relative" evil. Hard to put it in english, sorry.

Anyway it's sad to see someone trying to make his point that way. Being hostile to dongles myself, I think it doesn't do justice to the "cause".
