Can Each Patch or Multi Has Its Own Tempo Setting?

I'm consider not connecting to a host via UniWire while on stage, just a mouse and a small size LCD.

Therefore, I need to know that, if we can set the tempo for each patch or multi, thus not having to connect to a host to get the tempo setting.

For now, I have to change all the tempo-based setting into real time format.
