Urs, any plans to have release velocity as a modulator in Z2?

Release Vel sounds like a good idea, but honestly, what do you wanna use it for? Imagine you put Velocity on Filter Cutoff. Do you really wanna make it jump when you lift the key?
The only thing where it seems plausible to me is ADSR Release time. And even there it might be tricky.
However, convince me! Tell me about the benefits of RelVel and I'll see what I can do!

Well, you could have fx parameters like delay time, you could change the pitch or modulation charactor of an osc on release, you could change how much portamento happens on the next key hit, etc....

To aswer your previous question, yes I would like things like filter cutoff or lfo amount, etc.. to make a jump based off my release velocity amount.
I guess the release velocity would be reset on the next note-on?

I'll see what I can do. It will need a lot of modifications in the note queue, but I think it's doable. Just don't know how much time it'll cost.
And of course, I'll make it switchable (Just Velocity or both Velocity/Release Velocity)
However, it won't be before a 2.x update... I've frozen the feature set for 2.0 in order to get a final version this year
