Some plugins does not show their presets in their own window/plugin space, so you have to change them via the control panel (the classic plugins from Kjaerhus is one example). But the choice you make is not reflected in the panel until you click on the plugin window. Normally this is not a big problem (for me) but if you have a plugin with a keyswitch function (like Kong, chinese wind)it is.
Is this a bug in Tracktion or should I bother the plugin manufacturer or is there another solution?

Could be that maybe your files are not in the right directories. Or Tracktion isn't set up to scan the right directories.
