The new site is up and running, you will find Tracktion sampler sets for free and some for low prices. Also it is a mp3 music store, if any of you have sample sets or music you want to sell let me know chriss@artisticrecordings.net
the site is still in beta so there is a bit of work to do, but check it out at http://www.artisticrecordings.net
Let me know if you have any suggestions for improvement also if you want to go straight to the tracktion sets here is the link http://www.artisticrecordings.net/?q=taxonomy/term/8
Let me know what you think.

OK, I'm a bit dim... what exactly is a Tracktion sampler set and how would I make use of one?
At home, he's a tourist...

You would use the sampler that is included with the Tracktion host/daw software...flanneljammies wrote:OK, I'm a bit dim... what exactly is a Tracktion sampler set and how would I make use of one?

OK, I'm NOT that dim.
Obviously I'd use T's sampler. I wasn't aware of a way to load a mapped sample set into it. That's what I was asking, I suppose...

Its easy, just download the trackarch file, open it. Then click on the sampler click save, name the instrument and you are good to go.

So how do you download the free samples?
I added one to my cart...clicked "checkout" and it asked me to confirm my address and method of payment and then it says order submitted...
So are these actually mailed? Or will I get a email link later?

Thanks, that's what I needed. I didn't realize it was an entire archive. Makes more sense now. I aim to try that Cello set.chriss wrote:Its easy, just download the trackarch file, open it. Then click on the sampler click save, name the instrument and you are good to go.

Click on my files on the right. There you will find your downloads.
