Hello, Just a newb.Have had Tracktion about two weeks now & am really liking it.Downloaded the new upgrade & the mixing tools but the new plugs don't work.Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.Yes I have the box.Thanks for any help.Oh,nice forum.

Have you gone to my.mackie.com in order to register them and get a license key?

Just to be clear, you need to register the plugins seperately from Tracktion.
To help us help you, can you clarify what you mean by "don't work"?
Do they load?
Do the meters light up when audio is playing through them?
When/if you registered them, did the registration say it was successful, or did it give you an error?

Yes they do load but there's no meters lighting up.

Ok,
Can you confirm whether or not you've registered them (seperately from Tracktion)? And if so, what the error/result message was?

You know I thought I had regitered them,but I could be wrong.Anyway,I went to Mackie's site clicked on mixing tools where my licence # is & downloaded again.Don't have time to try them now so I'll have to get back to you later. Thanks for your help.

Please read and follow the installation instructions that are posted on the mackie mixing tools download page. It sounds like you are not unlocking them as described in the instructions.

Hey thanks alot Beno,that was it.Guess it helps to read directions sometimes.I've been hangin' out around here since I got Tracktion & have really found it helpful.Figured it was time to log on.You'll sure to be hearing from me again since I'm just starting to dig in & have some fun.Seems to be a great program so far.Still really new to the computer side of recording.Been doing the SITB thing & am finally making the move to the real world.Not that you can't make good recordings with the SITB.Looking forward to posting some tunes for all your ears.Still in the process of finishing the room too.Talk to you all soon.
