Question about markers and dither

Only 10 markers. Havent bothered with dithering though. Usually export 24 or 32 bit wavs and then use audacity to deal with lower resolutions.
I think T2 has dithering capabilities but I am not sure about the markers

In T2 how many markers can you use. I am asking because I was considering using T to be my cd layout program and use it sort of like CD Architect but I can't if it only allows 10 markers.

Only 10 markers available unfortunately. It's a common feature request to have more and to have them so you can name them with song sections, but so far this feature request has not been implemented.jmbriley wrote:In T2 how many markers can you use. With my older, and even cheaper than T sequencer, there were unlimited song section markers. Punch-in/out could be set for a section simply by selecting a marker position and it would select from there to the next marker. Very nice. It's one of the few things that I miss in my move to T. Since you could name them, you just picked from a pull-down list. No confusing 'verse 2' with 'outro', or '2nd bridge' with marker 3, 11, or 6.
I have to believe this would be a simple implementation - it's not messing with the audio engine or anything like that - simply a song position map that you can label with text. But, I don't know how to program in C++, otherwise this would be something I would quickly code up. Name your sections, put in counter info for each section, and pick 'em from the list to set your I and O points directly.

Can vsts control the playback cursor position? If so, couldn't somebody whip up a quick and dirty plugin to provide this functionality in the meantime?

Not me, obviously, i'm useless ...
but i have yet to find any thing that dose this appart from waves tune (witch i have yet to go to swindon to test) but apparently it works well
apparently the rewire speck is closed to the public witch makes it hard for home developers to get hold of
PS, dither is on the audio output
settings/audio/select audio port & you will see a button to enable dither for each output
