Hello everybody!

Hey, I'm really really digging the sounds and extra presets that came along with the license registration and purchase.
Wow. Nice! Thanks Team Urs!!!
I just posted a new scary fun number using more Zebra sounds at my myspace site called CEMETERY GIRLS yesterday.

..ahh but it's those sounds still in the machine that didn't get recorded yet that are always so enticing!..no? My recordings may not show it yet ;), but twiddling the sound design knobs in Zebra 2 I'm coming up with beautiful "user domain" results as well. Zebra 2 feels very intuitive and productive!

At this moment, I'm confused however about the presets labeled "arp" etc. that are playing as if going through an arpeggiator. If that hasn't been rolled in yet how are these sounds happening? Is it via the "MultiStage EG"s ???

thanks kindly! PETE

I'm quite certain there hasn't been another Z2 demo song like this one. Cool!

Hey thanx, Polyslax!
Wow... what a quick response, too!
I used Zebra 2 and also some Zoyd on some of the other tunes on the myspace page as well.
Keep rockin' in the free world! PETE

Actually some of the presets are using the multistage arp, it is just hidden from us at the moment!

Hey Pete,

Cool you like the patches! I have tons more Z2 patches to include in the final version.. Only holdup is creating useful XY modulations for them.

Thanks for the website comment. I don't have any tunes up right now (I used to have like 25 songs available for dl - now I'm compiling a small album), except this one in the Cafe:

ah, no I don't have filterscape
I mainly rely on my J-Station, Spektral Delay, KT Grainulator and a lot of licks played in reverse. thanks for listening!

Hehe that's great fun, ain't it, if you have a lot of patches to do? :bang:

For my next lot, I've created a ton of my own templates with lots of meaningful stuff already set up as starting points, so the extra work "finishing" sounds will be much easier...

Mmm! Nice tune. Thanks Jeremy.
...
I love those XY mods. I have them mapped to knobs on my controller.

As I have quit a number of VST plug ins, I have found hat I am very reluctant to buy any new ones unless there is a real value added. The synth has to have something new and unique especially in terms of sounds otherwise, what is the value in my buying it.

I was not sure about Zebra but now that I understand what it does...

Urs, you are the man.

Great job.

This synth hearkens back to the old days of modulars when you where not sure what would happen if you plugged on module into another. The synth is experimental but musical as well and lots of sonic territory that is unexplored on other synths.

same feeling here, although I am sorely tempted and lured. heck, zebra2 has saved me from spending $250 on other synths, and that was just today! at that rate, by the end of the year i can buy that dotcom modular I've wanted.
my accountant says 'thank you urs!'
