Hi all, I wish to purchase Kompakt purely for its sound library, I already have kontakt so I am not so interested in kompakt as a sampler. If I purchase and authorise Kompakt on my PC can I just simply copy the Kompakt sample library over to muse and point Kontakt to the relevant folder? Would this work? Or is this breaching copyright or licensing rules?

you cannot copy the sample libray out of kompakt as the files are copy protected and only work thru the kompakt player.

They also work with Kontakt, but they have to be authorized. Simply copying the library is not going to work. You need either to purchase Kompakt for Receptor, or purchase it for the PC and cross-grade to Receptor.

Thanks Guys. The price listed on plugorama is that the cross grade price or is that the full price for Kompakt On Receptor? I'm not 100% clear?
