I have a Rewire track that I have frozen in T2, but when I export the edit, the frozen track doesn't seem to be included. Maybe this is an obvious fix, but I'm not aware of it. Any help would be much appreciated.

Heck, I didn't even know you could freeze a rewired track. 
I remember that when you want to render, you need to include a blank MIDI clip to somehow trick Tracktion or something like that. I don't use Rewire, so I can't confirm myself, just going on what I have read in the forum.
Try putting a blank MIDI clip (it might only need to be a short one, but you might as well make it the entire length of the region to be rendered) on that track and give it another go.
And no, that's not an obvious thing, but rather a bug.
