Hey All. T2.1.0.11 now available in your my.mackie.com accounts! This is mainly a bug fix release with the following changes made since 2.1.0.6:

• Fixed issue with loading AIFF files.
• Fixed issue with looped audio clips in archives. (Note that this bug was a problem with the creation of the archive. Old archives still will exhibit this bug, and will require manual replacement of the clip in the edit with the correct file from the projects tab.)
• Fixed record arming from custom control surfaces.
• Fixed issue with loading aux send automation curves.
• Fixed crash when renaming ogg source file.
• Fixed crash when closing edit while solo isolate is blinking.
• Fixed delay in opening sub menus in filter menu.
• Fixed “delete marked region” not deleting from rack filter automation.
• Fixed real time priority button.
• Added support for 16 channel custom control surfaces.
• Fixed e-to-e stopped working after minimize and restore.
• Fixed noise in AIFF import.
• Fixed issue with big input meter.
• Fixed empty clip appearing if recording stopped before end of count-in.
• Fixed transport buttons in localized versions.
• Fixed localization issues with the following keyboard control commands:
. ◊ Change to the next/previous take for a looped clip
. ◊ Move start/end of selected clips to the cursor position
. ◊ Move clip

Well

Not to sound like I'm really irritated about this update, but, this is the third update in a row that I've had to wait for hours to get an update due to 1980's telephone modem type speeds (2.3KB). The long wait state is compounded by the fact that I have to dl those friggin examples that I already have, and deleted 4 times already.

.....pretty much sums up my thought on this

Yes. The mackie server has not much bandwidth. This is why a nice cup of tea and your record collection were invented. You walk away and do something else, you come back, it's all over.

DON'T GO AND WATCH THE KETTLE. IT WILL NOT BOIL FASTER.

Yeah, if that activity = 2 hours
IMHO, the best way to fix that bandwidth prob is to eliminate the bandwidth. Get rid of the examples as part of the dl!!!!!

they can't get rid of the examples. the examples are needed for the ones that buy it online right? because it's the same file right? you can buy it online right? i think. im too lazy to go look.

Yup. Except, of course, that making the file smaller doesn't give you any more bandwidth

How d'you like the sound of the bug fixes anyway? Sound pretty good to me
