I owned the original Tracktion and it was installed with the activation key March of 2004. My computer got a really bad virus and I lost everything. Long story short I had to reformat. How do I go about getting this thing reinstalled? Will Mackie send me a new activation code 2 years later for a program they've updated a few times?

You should be able to log into my.mackie.com using the email address and password that you used to use with Jules. If so, I would think you could still download and install version 1.x. Run it, click the 'About' button to get your machine number, go back to my.mackie.com and input your machine number, then download your keyfile to unlock the demo.
I think those are the steps, unless I'm not remembering something. If you don't have your password anymore, you'll probably have to send an email to mackie to get it. They should still have your original purchase info on file.

No reason they won't. All RMS user accounts were transfered to Mackie. Write their support, or post at Mackie forum. If you own it, you should get it.orlandopiano wrote:Will Mackie send me a new activation code 2 years later for a program they've updated a few times?
