Ok...just installed the full version of DK+.I have made some cool patterns,but now I need to know how to change the patterns to build a song with them.I am used to how Fruity Loops worked,where you put the patterns in a grid and build them.
1.How do I change patterns along with my song?
2.I know almost NOTHING about MIDI.How do I accomplish this task if DK can't switch patterns?
Also,at the start of the song it makes a LOUD beep,and the CPU bar goes up about 1/4 of the way at this point.I installed the Full version,and then tried installing the 1.2 version afterwards;this gave me "bitmap error" or something,and failure to load the plugin.So I uninstalled that,and it works fine,but still has the BEEP on intro.Any ideas?
Thanks to all in advance! This thing sounds great,now if I could just figure out how to change patterns,I'll be all set up!

to change patterns you need to send MIDI notes to DK+ on channel 16,
please see the manual,
the BEEP was fixed in 1.2, strange that you can't install it,

Ok,I re-installed it correctly.I put the DLL in the same folder as the new install.Problem solved there.So I do have to use MIDI to change the patterns? Ok I will try to figure that out.I am not a MIDI person at all.....but with a little trial and error,hopefully I can understand what to do.Thanks a lot for the quick response...I am impressed,to say the least! Anyone who is bored enough to help a MIDI-newbie with some basic ideas,or some links on the subject would be VERY helpful! Sorry if I am a royal pain....just trying to get some info from everyone here who know what's up! Thanks!
