I have just gotten NuSofting DK+ drums plugin.I really like how it works,but can someone tell me how to do this in Tracktion 2 without a MIDI controller:
How do I send MIDI messages on channel 16 to change patterns on DK+?
I don't understand MIDI at all!
Could I use another plugin,like "Stepbeater" or "Stepchild",to do this? How?

Yes, you could use those plug-ins. Set them to send information on channel 16.
Or, you can "insert new MIDI clip" into a track, make sure it's set to channel 16 (or whatever DK+ needs), and find out which notes correspond to the drum hits, using the piano roll to program it.
The thing is, if you don't understand MIDI, it takes too much time to explain MIDI when there are already websites around that'll help you. Hit the books!
